The Diesel Mechanic Program for CDL Drivers is an 8-hour course designed to equip CDL drivers with essential mechanical skills for maintaining and troubleshooting their vehicles. The course covers key areas such as air brake systems, preventative maintenance, DOT inspection basics, and electrical systems. Upon completion, drivers will have the confidence to perform their own brake adjustments, basic maintenance, and inspections, as well as diagnose and address common electrical issues, ensuring their trucks are road-ready and compliant with regulations.
